| A. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. |

| Q. What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?

| A. Gates open at 8 am. The parking lot opens at 6am both Friday and Saturday.
Shuttle service begins at 9am on Friday and 7am on Saturday. |

| A. Derby tickets are sent out the 2nd week of April. |

| Q. Will ground transportation be provided to the races?
|
| A. Certain clubhouse and grandstand packages come with transportation to/from your hotel to the track, with all other packages, you
must purchase shuttle passes from us or make prior arrangements.

| Q. Is there a weather plan?

| A. The Kentucky Derby® and Kentucky Oaks® run, rain
or shine. The only thing that would delay the races is lightning.
