Q. What makes Kentucky Derby Packages stand out from its competitors?
A. "Provider" means just that, our relationship with CDI® means peace of mind, no risk of broker and scalper integrity.
 
Q. What is the earliest hotel check-in time for people arriving the Thursday before the Derby?
A. 3pm
 
Q. What happens if I lose my tickets?
A. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
 
Q. What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?
A. Gates open at 8 am. The parking lot opens at 6am both Friday and Saturday. Shuttle service begins at 9am on Friday and 7am on Saturday.
 
Q. When will I receive my tickets?
A. Derby tickets are sent out the 2nd week of April.
 
Q. Will ground transportation be provided to the races?
A. Certain clubhouse and grandstand packages come with transportation to/from your hotel to the track, with all other packages, you must purchase shuttle passes from us or make prior arrangements.
 
Q. Is there a weather plan?
A. The Kentucky Derby® and Kentucky Oaks® run, rain or shine. The only thing that would delay the races is lightning.
 
Q. What method of payment can I use to purchase a packages?
A. VISA card, written check or money wiring.
